Epublishing Ostaro's book: Step 1 Amazon

The story of Ostaro and his book, The Art and Craft of Success, has many twists and turns and reads somewhat like a novel.  It is the true and factual journey that we will chronicle of epublishing the first book from any of our clients.  Like a good novel, it will have things that anyone sharing the epublishing experience will share or that common thread that we all can relate to.  Also, like that good book and like life itself, it will have some amazing twists and turns and aspects that are unique to our experience.

We will begin with some facts.  Amazon is the world's largest bookseller.  The most recent figures that we saw were daily sales of 1.2 million books per day!  In the past few weeks, for the first time, ebooks outnumbered printed books in these daily sales numbers and industry experts expect that trend to continue.

Amazon's domination of online book sales has revolutionized the publishing industry.  It lead to the demise of Borders and an untold number of smaller bookstores.  Barnes & Noble is clinging to its corporate life and trying to pin its hopes on its own ereader as it seeks a buyer.  Amazon has been in the unusual position of shining the spot light on an ineffective distribution model in the publishing industry -then to create and profit from the solution to those problems.

So, for our company TrueAmericanBusiness.com, LLC, for our client entertainment and television personality, Ostaro and millions of other authors-Amazon is the best platform to begin to epublish a book.  We will follow with the next segment early in the week.
